designer who builds

I turn complex problems into clear, functional interfaces.

I work across growth, marketplaces, SaaS, and internal tools, turning ambiguity into interfaces teams can ship and users can trust.

01 / Why Me?

Bring me in when problems don't have clear answers.

01

Growth with business pressure.

Subscriptions, discovery, retention, and conversion moments where design has to earn its place in the P&L.

02

Systems with messy parts.

Dashboards, operational tools, marketplaces, and SaaS workflows where clarity is the product.

03

Taste with build fluency.

Prototypes, tools, and shipped surfaces. Decisions made with implementation in mind.

03 // Creative Fabrica — Community

Community Q&A from zero

0-to-1 community product for crafters. Creative Fabrica needed a space where their users could ask questions, share answers, and discover each other's work, without it feeling like a generic forum bolted onto a marketplace.

Designing products since 2012.

Portrait of Shylendar Murali

I started by teaching myself Dreamweaver, Photoshop, and WordPress, then slowly found my way into product design through real software problems. That early builder instinct still shapes how I work: I like making the thing, not just describing it.

My career spans startups, mobility platforms, SaaS tools, marketplace operations, and growth systems. I care about the quiet parts of product work: making ambiguous flows legible, respecting engineering constraints, and giving teams interfaces they can keep improving after launch.

This site is also a sandbox for that design-engineering habit, mixing classic typography, product storytelling, and small procedural interactions.
